Hello!

I’ve been looking for a UU prayer beads, maybe custom made. I can get a standard one from the gathering but I have heard about another kind, but I don’t seem to be able to find it.

“The Unitarian Universalist Prayer Beads are based on Buddhist prayer beads. These interfaith prayer beads can be used by anyone without having to be adapted. To meditate on what they are thankful for, what they are hopeful about, what they want to improve, and what they are sorry for. In a sermon presented at James Casebolt suggested that the beads be separated by groups of seven beads in varied natural colors, used to meditate on the Seven Principles.”

I can send a copy of the layout. It is about 35 smaller beads such as agate, 4 larger beads of different types and one larger pendant such as moonstone; about 40 beads total.

First of all i absolutely love your jewelry! I purchased a brilliant bracelet as well as a set of moon shaped earrings on sept 22 of last year. Unfortunately, the earrings broke a few months after, and since the store i purchased them at is no longer at the same location (G st arcata piercing shop) I have not been able to take them in for fixing under the 1 year warranty. I still have the tag that they came with, and I would love to have them fixed so that i continue wearing your beautiful art. Please let me know how i can contact you

Jewelry always means a lot to me because my father would buy me one piece of jewelry for Christmas every year until he died. My aunts are obsessed with jewelry! They have so many baubles and shiny things, and usually gift me a hand me down on my birthday. Now jewelry carries a special meaning for me because my grandma will buy all my aunts and myself a matching piece of jewelry each Christmas. I see jewelry as something special, to have meaning, and particularly like rings. I love deep colors, and opals, but really any sorts of gems as long as it is pretty and can have some sort of meaning to it. Jewelry is perfect because it is a wonderful way to express how you feel on a certain day, or convey a certain sense of yourself. I always like to browse jewelry selections until I find the one that fits me just perfectly.
