About Me: A brief History

I am 30ish have 3 amazing kids, divorced, have an associates in cis and have spent the last 3 years finding myself.  I am bipolar and see no reason to be ashamed of it, though some have tried to make me that way.  Bipolar disorder is as much a blessing as it is a curse since high intelligence and creativity go hand in hand with being bipolar.   I keep hoping that some day people will get that mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of no more then asthma is and will get the help they need before it is to late.  I enjoy most out door activities, my favorite football team is the 49ers, and love to read.

The book that has made the most profound difference in my life is “Don’t Sweat the small stuff and its all small stuff”, if you spend way to much time being stressed, worried, or pessimistic please give this one a chance.  I also think the message from “The Secret” to keep an attitude of gratitude and to follow your bliss is a key motto to achieve a happy life.

I do not keep up on Hollywood fashion trends nor do I believe that anyone should follow a  fashion trend just because of some article in a magazine.  This is partly because some of the most unflattering outfits ever created are touted frequently in magazines as designer gold with a designer price tag, that honestly you would look better in a burlap sack.  I think society lost its way a long time ago when such things as tv, magazines, and newspapers were given the power decide everything from clothes to relationship concepts.
